# Manage Team

The **Manage Team** feature in BigGeo Studio allows administrators to update team details, add or remove members, and keep teams organized. This feature helps keep your teams up-to-date, ensuring they reflect the current structure of your organization.

## Access the My Team Section

**Navigate to the Sidebar**: In BigGeo Studio, go to the sidebar and select **My Team** under the Management section.

**Switch to “Your Teams”**: At the top of the My Team section, click on the **Your Teams** tab to view the list of all existing teams.

## Open the Manage Team Screen

**Locate the Team**: In the Your Teams tab, find the team you want to manage (e.g., “GIS Team”).

**Click “Manage Team”**: On the right side of the team’s row, click the **Manage Team** button. This will open the team management screen where you can edit details and members.

## Edit Team Details

In the **Manage Team** screen, you can update basic information about the team:

**Update the Team Image (Optional)**: Click on **Team Image** if you want to change or upload an image to represent the team visually.

**Edit Team Name**: You can change the team name to reflect a new purpose or structure if needed.

**Modify the Description (Optional)**: In the description field, provide or update a summary of the team’s focus (e.g., “This team will be responsible for data management”). This field is optional but can be helpful for organizational clarity.

## Manage Team Members

**Add or Remove Members**:

* In the **Team Members** section, you’ll see a list of all members in your organization.
* **To Add a Member**: Check the box next to the names of team members you want to add to this team.
* **To Remove a Member**: Uncheck the box next to the name of any existing member to remove them from the team.

**Flexible Membership**: Team members can belong to multiple teams, allowing for flexible grouping based on projects or departments.

## Save Changes or Remove Team

**Review the Information**: Confirm that the team name, description, and selected members are accurate.

**Click “Save Changes”**: Once you’re satisfied with the updates, click **Save Changes** at the bottom of the screen to apply them.

**Remove Team** (if applicable):

* If you need to delete the team altogether, click **Remove**. This action will disband the team but will not affect individual members’ access to product spaces.
