## Edit Team and Permissions

In the **Manage Member** screen, you can adjust the member’s team assignments and permissions for each area.

{% stepper %}
{% step %}
**Team & Permissions Access**:

* **Select Teams**: In the **Team** section, choose the teams this member should belong to (e.g., Admin team, GIS team, Marketing team). This allows for group-based access and simplifies permission management.
* **Assigned Products**: The icons next to each team show the product spaces each team has access to (e.g., Datascape, Datalab, Velocity). Ensure the selected team aligns with the member’s responsibilities.
  {% endstep %}

{% step %}
**Permissions for Each Area**:

* Under **Permissions**, you’ll see a list of areas (e.g., Marketplace, Datascape, Datalab, Velocity, Team Management, and Settings).
* For each area, choose the appropriate role:
  * **Admin**: Grants complete control over the assigned area, including the ability to create and manage content, adjust settings, and modify access.
  * **Standard**: Allows view-only access within the assigned area, limiting the user to monitoring and reviewing without making changes.
    {% endstep %}

{% step %}
**Adjust Area-Based Permissions**:

* Use the radio buttons in the **Permissions** section to assign **Standard** or **Admin** roles for each area based on the member’s responsibilities.
  {% endstep %}
  {% endstepper %}

{% endstep %}

{% step %}
**Save Changes**: Click **Save Changes** at the bottom of the screen to apply the updates.
{% endstep %}

{% step %}
**Remove Member** (if applicable):

* If you need to remove this member from your organization, click **Remove**. This action will revoke all access to BigGeo Studio and its product spaces for this user.
  {% endstep %}
  {% endstepper %}
