# Manage Datascape Space

Once your Datascape space is created, you can manage and edit its details at any time. Use this feature to update the space’s name, description, image, team access, and permissions to keep it aligned with your organization’s needs.

## Access The Datascape Management Screen

**Navigate to the Sidebar**: In BigGeo Studio, go to the sidebar where each BigGeo product has its own section.

**Select Datascape**: Click on the **Datascape** section to view all of your existing Datascape spaces.

**Open the More Menu**: A menu button (usually represented by three dots) will appear on the space card. Click this button.

**Select "Manage"**: In the dropdown options, choose **Manage** to open the space management screen.

## Edit Space Details

**Name**: Edit the space name to better reflect its current purpose or team.

**Description**: Modify the description to provide a clear, updated overview of the space's use case (e.g., “We’re using this product to create sales regions maps”).

## Manage Teams and Members Access

Customize access for teams and individual members within your Datascape space:

**Select Teams for Access**: 

* Under the **Teams & Members Access** section, choose the teams that should have access to this space (e.g., Admin team, GIS team, Marketing team).

**Adjust Team Members’ Permissions**:

* Below the team section, you’ll see a list of **Team Members** with individual permission options.
* To adjust permissions, check the box next to each member’s name.
* Set each member's access level by selecting:
  * **Standard**: View data and visualizations but no editing access.
  * **Admin**: Full control over team access, permissions, and settings within the space.

## Modify or Add the Snowflake Native App URL

If you previously added a Snowflake Native App URL during the space setup, you can update it here. If no URL was added initially, you have the option to add one now.

**Locate the Snowflake URL Field**: In the space management page, find the field labeled **Snowflake Native App URL**.

**Edit or Enter the URL**: Update the existing Snowflake URL or enter a new one if you’re linking the space to Snowflake for the first time

**Note**: This URL allows for quick access to the full-feature environment on Snowflake, enabling seamless transitions between BigGeo Studio and Snowflake.

## Save Changes

Once all edits are complete:

**Review Changes**: Double-check the updated name, description, image, team access, and permissions.

**Save Updates**: Click **Save** (or similar confirmation button) to apply your changes and ensure your Datascape space reflects the latest settings.

## Navigating Back to the Datascape Space

After saving, you can either return to the Datascape space list or navigate directly into the newly updated Datascape space for immediate use.

Yes, from the space card’s dropdown menu, you can select **Delete**. Please note this action is permanent, so be sure to back up any data as needed.
